David J. Krebs of Krebs Farley, PLLC is among the top construction attorneys in New Orleans and has represented some of the country’s largest corporations. His firm has handled more surety and fidelity matters than most firms in the United States. He has vast experience in construction and surety law and was Chair of The Pro Bono Project in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. David has authored various publications concerning surety and fidelity matters and has presented on these topics at industry events for over thirty years.
David obtained his law degree from Tulane University Law School where he graduated magna cum laude. He is admitted to practice in the states of Louisiana and Texas as well as various federal courts.
